Persons engaged in the appraisal profession who
wish to become members may join PARA, and submit the following :
REGULAR MEMBERS
Available only for licensed appraisers
ASSOCIATE MEMBERS
Available only for appraiser's aide
INSTITUTIONAL / CORPORATE MEMBERS
Available for groups, organizations corporations and institutions engaged in appraisal services. Entitled to be represented by 2 of its own members/employees whether or not the members/employees are licensed appraisers.
As
a licensed real estate appraiser and a regular member in good standing
of PARA, the member is allowed the use of the title "Certified
Property Valuer", which is registered with the Intellectual Property Office
(IPO).
